Gyōda Hachiman Shrine
Gyōdahachiman Shrine is called “Fūji-no-miya (Palace of Sealing)” due to its secret method of praying which helps children sleep, prevents nervousness, cancer, diseases, bad habits, and dementia for the elderly.
In the precincts, there is a “shrine of the eyes”, Kasamori Inari Shrine, for the god of eczema and beautiful skin, along with “Okuninushi Shrine” that enshrines Oshi Castle’s 7 lucky gods.
Recently, “nade momo” is said to be a place for spiritual energy, and is famous for the god of fencing off suffering from illness and misfortune.

・Take the Local Loop Bus’s course circling around in the west direction (counterclockwise) and get off at “Shiyakushomae” and walk for about 9 minutes
・Take the Local Loop Bus’s course circling around in the west direction (clockwise) and get off at “Gyōda-shi Bus Terminal” and walk for about 8 minutes
・Take the Local Loop Bus’s course circling around tourist destinations (counterclockwise) and get off at “Shōkō Center” and walk for about 7 minutes
○From Fukiage Station (North Exit) of JR Takasaki Line
・Take the Asahi bus headed for “Gyōdaorikaeshiba・Gyōdashi Eki・Sōgō Kyōiku Center” (en route Maetani) and get off at “Gyōda Honchō” and walk for about 5 minutes
・Take the Asahi bus headed for “Gyōdaorikaeshiba・Sōgō Kyōiku Center・Kōgyō Danchi” (en route Same) and get off at “Gyōda Honchō” walk for about 5 minutes
