-Renewal open of Ito Yokado Kasukabe store’s “It’s anime! Saitama information studio!”-

Saitama Prefecture Products & Tourism Association has teamed up with Saitama prefecture to use anime as a way to energize tourism!
One of their projects started in July of 2018 and uses the help of popular anime character Crayon Shin-Chan to introduce anime related to Saitama. To experience this, visit the “It’s anime! Saitama information studio, I’ll introduce Saitama!” section located in the Ito Yokado Kasukabe store. This spot has had many visitors and is still gathering attention as a place where the combined efforts of the private and public sector are realizing the goal of putting an equal sign between “Saitama” and “anime”!

In celebration of the 3rd anniversary, as a part of the renewal and reopening, Shin-chan’s little sister Himawari joins the team as well! You can also enjoy a new and updated tourist map on the wall! Make sure to stop by and check out the new and refreshed anime base of Saitama!
